today training. sigh 10 rounds sch.surprised when i heard it tt i've got no expression. this time run sch dunno why my right calf is so tight. then we do our normal drills and stuffs.sure tml there will b muscle aches.:(

haha coffee prince rocks! so nice though a bit baichi tt hanjie dunno encan is a girl!hmmm...really like the show..and made me wanna learn korea language too. omg.seems to b too engrossed in coffee prince goin crazy huh!heard tt there will be season 2 for coffee prince but the main guy lead may not b gong yoo anymore cuz he goin ns.upon hearing the news tt he is goin ns,cannot believe tt he is only 19 cuz in the show he is in his early thirties.haha.somehow find him handsome but not as handsome as 'Johnny Crooger' in Witch YouXi!haha...goin to watch coffee prince le....btw so happy to have found the songs for coffee prince.took me some time to search for it. for those fans and listeners...here are the 2 songs which are not found in the album!

today vs rgs.first match of season.though not the first time,but will still get nervous and scared cuz they are RGS mah.but seriously hearing others saying abt their team they are slightly not as gd as past few years.today's referees are so lousy.whenever rg takes the ball,we will foul...foul...foul! even clarinda says....might as well every ball also giv them and we no nd to play liaoz.so bias lah. today my FIRST FOULED OUT ever in all the matches! in fact i dun hav 5 fouls...shld say is the referee and officials' fault.so i help jq ding le 2 to 3 fouls...but nvm...at least jq nv get foul out.so my foul out is worth it! lost :41-60.sad tt nv get to play last quarter.next match vs cedar on 11 feb.is the life-and-death match of the season.win get to second round if not out of the season...so JIAYOU BGALS!this year will be different-we must clinch the champ and beat RGS!
